VOLUNTEER CHECKLIST

To Become a Volunteer:

LESSON TEAM

Directly Impact a Rider

Our main program for volunteering is our lesson team! Our initial training for the lesson team qualifies an individual to sidewalk in lessons. Trainings are offered to become horse leaders in our lessons as well. You must be at least 14 years of age to participate in our lesson team and have reliable transportation for yourself to and from Rainy Day Ranch. Our volunteers assist us in keeping the rider safe, participating in the lesson, and helping the rider accomplish tasks as needed. We always need lesson team volunteers!!!

BARN TEAM

Supporting Our Most Important Staff Members - The Horses!

The barn team is our newest addition to Rainy Day Ranch. Our barn team is a fantastic opportunity for those that want to volunteer and give back and do not wish to participate in our lesson team or are too young to do so. Our barn team assists us in keeping our barn clean and tidy, mucking paddocks, cleaning waters, and other important tasks around the farm. Curious about our barn team? Contact us for more information!
